Hello all parents. I am pleased to inform you that we are going to have a digital sign up for parent teacher conferences this spring. Our parent teacher conference night is scheduled for March 5th from 5:00PM to 8:00PM. We are using a new site called Sign Up Genius to manage this process. If you do not have the ability to access the site or would prefer to call our office to sign up you may do so. Our number is 465-2167. Below are the steps to follow in signing up.
1. Click on this link to go to the sign up page.
2. Click on the tab for your child’s team or the teacher you wish to see.
3. Choose the time that works for you.
4. Enter your contact information.
You are done!
If there is not a time that works for you then send a message to the teacher at the top of the page (the email is listed) and they will get back to you to set up an alternate time.
How do I sign up more than one child for activities with one account?
First off – let’s just say that if you have multiple kids – you’re already so busy and sleep deprived that you hardly have time to read this. We can relate, so we’ll try to keep this brief.
When you sign up for something, our system uses your account name by default. However, you can change the name that is displayed on your sign up at any time so that it displays your child’s name instead. Login and use the link on your account page to go to the sign up. On the sign up page, click “Edit” underneath your account name to edit the item and change the display name. Alternately, if you are logged in when you first sign up, you can click the checkbox for “Display an Alternate Name” at the bottom of the sign up form. You can sign up more than one time and enter a different child’s name each time.
